Catch up

I'm still a little behind in my posts so here is my food from yesterday:


Breakfast:
Multi grain english muffin w/ Crofters's Organic Superfruit Spread (Asia) and Justins Chocolate Hazelnut Butter

Lunch:
Insalata Caprese


Fresh Mozzarella, Grape Tomato, Basil, Balsamic Vinegar


Multigrain Chips, guacamole, sugar snap peas

Dinner: (Food Court at the Mall)
Spring Mix w/ mushrooms, tomato, red onion, steamed broccoli and Balsamic Vinaigrette on the side

I also had a Bora Bora Bar which was a great sweet, crunchy snack. I had to use the picture from Amazon because I didn't have a chance to take my own in the car before class.

  1. Hey! I live in the B-More area too, and I am considering going back to school as well. I just need to get some guts to go into debt!

  2. Believe me it is hard. Right now I'm still working full time and going to school in the evenings but pretty soon I will have to go back full time and then I'll really be broke. It's a struggle but it will be so worth it in the end.
